GRISWOLD SPECIAL CARE
30 YEARS OF HOME CARE SERVICE
1982 - 2012
Every home care situation involves unique circumstances and issues that family members, caregivers, and the client need to be aware of in order to effectively address the numerous challenges of home care service. Such issues include: the Client's condition (e.g., Alzheimer's, ALS, incontinence, etc.); the specific needs of the Client based upon their condition; and the health and well-being of the family caregiver (e.g., avoidance of burn-out, maintaining health, and available support groups) are at the core of an effective home care service program. Family members (caregivers and non-caregivers) who are informed and educated about the numerous aspects and challenges that they'll be involved with in home care service for their loved-one, will be better prepared to effectively handle those issues as they arise regardless of whether caregiving is provided with or without an outside agency.

The following list of websites of governmental and non-profit organizations are provided as potential resources, related to home care, for you to visit.
